These Terms of Service govern your use of taysports.com and purchases of Eco Walker branded products. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders & Acceptance

An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason (suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues). In such cases you'll be refunded in full.

Pricing & Payment

U.S.-market prices are in USD. UK-shop prices are in GBP and include VAT where the product page or checkout states this. Prices can change at any time without notice. Payment is processed at checkout via Stripe or PayPal. We accept major credit cards.

Shipping & Delivery

See our Shipping policy for market-specific costs and coverage. U.S. orders have free standard shipping. UK delivery is free from £25 and £3.99 below £25. Nothing in these terms removes statutory delivery rights.

Intellectual Property

All content on taysports.com (images, text, logos, product designs) is owned by Eco Walker or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce content without written permission. Fair-use quotations with attribution are generally welcome for reviews and coaching content.

User Content

If you submit a review, drill idea, or other content to us, you grant Eco Walker a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for marketing and product development, with attribution where appropriate.

Limitation of Liability

Eco Walker's liability for any product is limited to the purchase price paid. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from product use. Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Selling Entity & Governing Terms

For the U.S. market, the storefront and order confirmation identify the seller under the Eco Walker brand. For UK-shop orders, the selling entity is TAY SPORTS LTD (Company No. 12327575; VAT GB353231625). UK consumers retain all mandatory rights under UK law, including rights that cannot lawfully be excluded by contract.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email to registered customers. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
