Fast, tracked, reliable.
U.S. orders are fulfilled from U.S. stock. UK-shop orders are fulfilled separately from our UK warehouse. The checkout currency and delivery destination show which market policy applies.
Delivery Times
U.S. standard delivery normally arrives in 2-5 business days after dispatch. UK delivery timing is shown at checkout and in the dispatch confirmation. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you when your order is dispatched. Carrier and delivery timing depend on the market and fulfilment route.
Coverage
Direct website checkout is limited by market: U.S. products deliver to U.S. addresses, and UK-shop products deliver to Great Britain addresses. For other destinations or bulk orders, contact bulk@taysports.com.
Shipping Cost
Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders. For UK-shop orders, standard UK delivery is free when the merchandise subtotal is £25 or more; below £25, delivery is £3.99. Stripe Checkout displays the applicable option before payment.
Large & Bulk Orders
Orders of 10+ goals or 50+ markers may ship via freight, depending on volume. You'll receive a freight delivery appointment by phone before arrival. For quote and scheduling, contact bulk@taysports.com.
Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged, photograph the damage before opening and email support@taysports.com within 48 hours. We replace damaged products at our cost. Missing packages: contact us with the tracking number and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
