Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you when your order is dispatched. Carrier and delivery timing depend on the market and fulfilment route.

Coverage

This UK shop accepts UK delivery addresses. Availability for your address is confirmed at checkout. For other destinations or bulk orders, contact bulk@taysports.com.

Shipping Cost

For UK-shop orders, standard UK delivery is free when the merchandise subtotal is £25 or more; below £25, delivery is £3.99. Stripe Checkout displays the applicable option before payment.

Large & Bulk Orders

Orders of 10+ goals or 50+ markers may ship via freight, depending on volume. You'll receive a freight delivery appointment by phone before arrival. For quote and scheduling, contact bulk@taysports.com.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged, photograph the damage before opening and email support@taysports.com within 48 hours. We replace damaged products at our cost. Missing packages: contact us with the tracking number and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
